Permitting and Approvals

The faster a project is delivered to the market, the higher the financial returns for the Investor. To meet the goal of delivering projects as quickly as possible, CMI utilizes an approval strategy that is executed in parallel with design works. Our experience and reputation in the market allow us to work closely with approval authorities at each stage of project development, thereby substantially reducing project approval time.

CMI manages the process of developing and approving urban planning studies, initial permissive documentation, ecological studies, as well as other necessary approvals particular to the project. Working in close collaboration with the Design Team, the appropriate municipal and government authorities, as well as representatives of the Owner’s organization, CMI provides the necessary and appropriate coordination at all stages of the approval process.

Thanks to its unique approvals strategy CMI on average is able to reduce the time for obtaining permits and approvals by more than 6 months.
