Food Plant

Combine of feed (dining room full cycle) in the children's recreation camp (Moscow region). Put into operation in the second quarter. 2012.

The project included a complex of works on the development of the architectural concept, design, construction, supply and adjusting of equipment, commissioning of the finished building, fully stocked technological equipment in the accelerated time frame. In the building - 1st floor, the total area of the premises - 1475 m kV. The complex allows to simultaneously serve 428 people in two halls:

dining room for up to 340 seats;
dining room with a buffet on 88 seats;

In the structure of the complex created a single production cycle of cooking of dishes, equipped with technological equipment of the companies: Zanotti (Italy), Lainot (Italy), Convotherm (Germany).
